what we do
The Design Room London aims to supply furniture packs that work according to the developers budget and brief. There are no limitations to the function of the furniture packs.
Our USP is that we cut down the supply chain. Cutting out the design fees and procurement agents whilst delivering bespoke designed furniture packs to best suit the desired end user. We liaise with the factories that we believe best suits the brief and project managing the process from start to finish.
Our focus is to become known as a preferred brand to the modern developer.
The Design Room London brings together the skills of two interior designers that have diverse backgrounds across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. This all supported by in-depth product development experience and knowledge.
With this in mind, it is natural to adapt to what one offers to the market according to the current trends and demands. A large portion of developers in the UK are seeing the importance of offering furnishings to purchasers or to furnish developments that will be leased to operators, across build to let, hospitality, serviced apartments, student housing, retirement villages and other mixed-use operations.
